Charms Office

Charmsoffice.com is a music administration program that the WHS High School music department uses to keep track of important information. This program helps the music teachers to create student lists, manage finances, and communicate with students and parents.
Since this is the primary method of communication form the music department I ask that students update their informations as it changes throughout the year.
Below are instructions for updating/entering your profile information. Click below to access the Charms website.

Please remember to update the information for both yourself and your parents (Email, phone, etc.) that may have changed for this year.
Please Note: It is optional to change your password but it is not recommended.

- Go to charmsoffice.com
- Click on “Enter” at the top right hand corner
- Click on the Parents/Students/Members Tab
- Enter school code: “westfieldmusic”
- Enter Student ID# or previously entered password.
- Once you are on Charms, be sure to enter/update your email(s), address, and phone number(s). Additionally, please include the information for at least one parent/guardian.
- If for some reason you cannot log on, have forgotten you password, or have any questions, please email Mr. Brzozowski: jbrzozowski@westfieldnjk12.org.
